"The tour itself was okay, I guess…"
The tour itself was okay, I guess, but the bugs kind of took over the whole experience for me. I wasn’t expecting it to be that bad, so I spent a lot of the time distracted and confused about how everyone else seemed to be handling it just fine.

"Good Start to Our Tour"
We stopped by the visitor center in the morning before starting our tour, and it was a good experience overall. The place was clean, and the staff were helpful when we had a few questions about where to go next. It did get a bit crowded while we were there, so it took a little patience, but it was still a solid way to get oriented before heading out.

"Super Friendly Staff"
Everyone working there was really nice and easy to talk to. Our tram guide was great about answering all our random questions, and we never felt rushed at all.

"The tour itself was interesting, and there…"
The tour itself was interesting, and there were definitely some cool parts, but the safety side felt kind of loose. People were standing while we were moving, and the guide didn’t really say much about it until later. I was also confused about what we were supposed to do next at a few points because the instructions weren’t very clear. For families with kids, I really expected clearer rules, better checking, and more obvious next steps throughout the tour.

"Wheelchair assistance made things easier"
I used the wheelchair assistance and, overall, it was good. From my experience, it felt like they genuinely tried to make the process smoother and less stressful, which I really appreciated.

"Fun and surprisingly interesting tram ride"
I took the tram with my kids and we all ended up learning a ton about the Everglades, the birds, the gators, and how the water moves through the area. Our guide was great and answered everyone’s questions without making it feel like we were sitting in a classroom. The pace was easy, the info was actually interesting, and some of the gator facts were just ridiculous in the best way. I’d definitely do it again.

"We mostly did the Shark Valley tram tour…"
We mostly did the Shark Valley tram tour for the scenery, that part was really worth it. There were tons of wide open views, water everywhere, lots of birds, and gators just hanging out like they knew everyone was there to see them. The guide was good too, and from the way they talked, I got the sense they really knew the area and enjoyed sharing it. For me though, the best part was just sitting back and taking it all in. The stop at the tower had a really nice view. I’m giving it 4 stars because it did start to feel a little long in the heat, but I’m still glad we went

"Booking Was a Bit More Hassle Than Expected"
i mean, I was just trying to book a tram tour, but the site made it feel more confusing than it needed to be. The dates were slow to load, and I had to click around a few times before I could actually see what was available. Checkout worked eventually, so it wasn’t a total problem, but the whole process didn’t feel very smooth. Not the worst experience, just more of a hassle than I expected for a simple booking.

"Pretty good tour, but a little unsure about the restroom situation"
The tour was okay overall, and I think most of it went smoothly. I just felt like the restroom options were a bit limited, or maybe I missed some of them. It would’ve been nice to have clearer signs or maybe another chance to stop before getting on the tram...

"Easy Parking, No Hassle"
Parking was actually way easier than I expected. We showed up around mid-morning and found a spot fast, even though there were already quite a few people around. The lot was close enough to the tram check-in too, so we weren’t rushing or stuck doing a long walk before everything even started. It’s a small thing, but it kind of sets the tone for the whole visit, because when parking is annoying... yeah. I’d definitely go again.

"worth the money"
prices felt fair for what you get. the tram ride was easy and relaxing, we saw a bunch of gators, and the guide was really good. overall, it felt like money well spent.

"Decent, but I expected a bit more for the price"
The guide definitely knew a lot about the area and the wildlife, and we did pick up some interesting facts along the way. That part was nice. But the narration felt a little slow in spots, and there were moments where it was hard to hear clearly. Overall, it was fine, but for what we paid, I was hoping it would be a bit more engaging. Not a bad experience, just not one I’d be rushing to book again

"Really easygoing tram tour"
I liked the tram tour a lot. It was paced nicely, like we weren’t being hurried around, but it also didn’t feel boring or too slow. Maybe because there were breaks, or maybe just because the guide kept things moving, I’m not totally sure. We had time to look around, take photos, and actually hear what was being said. The ride itself was easy and relaxing. I’d probably do it again.

"Surprisingly Comfortable Ride"
I’ll admit, I wasn’t expecting much from the tram, but it was actually comfortable. The seats felt decent, and the ride was smoother than I thought it would be, even with the heat. Overall, it ended up being a nice, easy little tour.

"Really Nice Tour with Lots to See"
We had a really nice time on this tour. We saw quite a few alligators, some turtles, and a bunch of different birds, which was cool. The guide was friendly and seemed to know the area well. My only small complaint is that I kind of wish we’d had a little more time at the tower stop, but overall it was a great experience.

"It was seriously so hot I felt…"
It was seriously so hot I felt like I was melting, but thankfully there was enough shade and a few breaks to make it totally manageable. Those little pauses helped a lot and made the whole experience way more enjoyable

"Not quite worth it for me"
I only saw a couple of gators, and most of them were far away. The tram ride itself was okay, but for the price, I expected a lot more alligator viewing. Overall, I’m glad I tried it, but I probably wouldn’t do it again...
